Guidelines for participation

By enrolling a child in Seoul City Warriors Football Academy, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:

You authorize Seoul City Warriors to arrange necessary medical assistance or hospital treatment in the event of an accident or illness.

You accept full financial responsibility for any medical or emergency treatment costs incurred.

You permit Seoul City Warriors to share relevant registration information with medical professionals for emergency purposes.

You confirm that your child is physically fit to participate in football training and related activities.

You release Seoul City Warriors, its coaches, staff, and representatives from liability arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

You are responsible for providing any required medication, clearly labeled with the child’s name, dosage, and instructions.

Children with infectious or communicable illnesses, as identified by health authorities, must not attend training sessions.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions at all times.

If a child repeatedly disrupts sessions or poses a safety risk, Seoul City Warriors reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation.

Parents or guardians will be informed of any serious incidents in writing.
Players are expected to demonstrate consistent effort, focus, and a willingness to learn during all sessions.

If a player repeatedly shows a lack of effort, does not engage with coaching, or is unable to meet the minimum level required for the program, Seoul City Warriors reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring timely arrival and prompt collection of their child before and after sessions.

Only individuals listed on the registration form are permitted to sign children in and out.

Any changes to authorized pickup arrangements must be submitted in writing to scw@seoul-sports.com
To maintain a safe training environment, we ask that no nuts or nut-based products are brought to any academy sessions or events.
Seoul City Warriors may take photographs or videos during training or events for use in academy-related promotional materials (including the website and social media).

Media content will be used solely for Seoul City Warriors purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

If you do not consent to your child appearing in photos or videos, please notify us in writing at scw@seoul-sports.com
Invoices will be issued to the email address provided at registration.

Payment instructions and due dates will be clearly stated on each invoice.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of participation until payment is received.
Seoul City Warriors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items, including clothing or electronic devices.
