Code of Conduct
A principled framework for our players
At Seoul City Warriors Football Academy, we aim to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment where players can grow both as footballers and as individuals. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all players while representing the academy.
-
Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, referees, and staff with respect at all times. Bullying, teasing, discrimination, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated.
-
Show good sportsmanship in both victory and defeat, including acknowledging opponents and thanking coaches after sessions and matches.
-
-
Arrive ready to train, listen to coaches, follow instructions, and give your best effort during all activities.
-
Work positively with teammates, communicate respectfully, include others, and support both individual and team development.
-
-
Follow all academy rules and safety guidelines, arrive on time, and inform coaches in advance if unable to attend a session.
-
Take care of training facilities and equipment, and report any damage or safety concerns to a coach immediately.
-
Seoul City Warriors uses a fair and progressive approach to managing behaviour:
-
Minor issues will be addressed through verbal guidance and reminders.
-
Repeated or serious concerns may result in temporary suspension, parental involvement, or further action where necessary.
-
By participating in Seoul City Warriors Football Academy, players and parents agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. These standards help ensure a safe, respectful, and growth-focused environment for everyone involved.
